Nottingham Developing Solutions Masters Description

The Developing Solutions Masters Scholarship Programme is available to international students from Africa, India and one of the selected Commonwealth countries who wish to undertake a Master’s degree programme in the University of Nottingham and contribute significantly to the development of their home country.

Students of the following countries are eligible;

Africa (all nations), Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Brunei, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Falkland Islands, Fiji, Gibraltar, Grenada, Guyana, India, Jamaica, Kiribati, Malaysia, Maldives, Montserrat, Nauru, Nepal, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn Islands, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, St Helena, St Kitts and Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Tristan da Cunha, Turks and Caicos Islands, Tuvalu and Vanuatu.



Study Level:

Master’s degree study level

Field of Study:

The scholarship would cover any full-time master’s degree programme (including MRes) within the following faculties; Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Medicine and Health Science and Faculty of Social Science.

Value of Scholarship:

The scholarship is cover 50-100% of full-time masters’ tuition fees

Number of Awards:



To be eligible for the Developing Solutions Masters Scholarship, applicants must;

·        Be domiciled in India, Africa or one of the selected Commonwealth countries which you can find at the eligible countries heading in this article.

·        Be classed as an overseas student for fee purposes

·        Have accepted an offer to start a full-time master (including MRes) in any subject area at the University of Nottingham at the relevant date.
